The #WSPA2024 conference will draw together schools, education partners, policymakers, and researchers to learn from leading school-based physical activity approaches from across the globe. 

There are two options available:

2-day Whole-School Physical Activity Conference will include access to all sessions across both Tuesday 18th & Wednesday 19th June 2024. This includes lunch and refreshments on both days, and evening drinks reception and buffet on the Wednesday 18th of June.

3-day Whole-School Physical Activity Conference and pre-conference event will include access to all sessions across both Tuesday 18th & Wednesday 19th June 2024 as well as Monday 17th June 2024. This includes lunch and refreshments on all days, informal conference dinner at Mylahore, and evening drinks reception and buffet on the Wednesday 18th of June. 

Conference Times: Monday 17 June 09:00-20:00, Tuesday 18 June 09:00-19:00 & Wednesday 19 June 09:30-16:00

Bookings made before 23:59 on 29 March will be at a reduced early booking rate. Bookings made after this date will be a higher price

Conference Refund & Cancellation Policy

The conference team must be notified in writing of any changes or cancellation to registration. 

Until 31st March 2024: the registration fee will be refundable, with the exception of a £50 handling fee. 

From 1st April 2024 until 30th April 2024: the registration fee will be 50% refundable, with the exception of a £50 handling fee. 

From 1st June onwards: no refunds will be made. 

No refunds will be granted to non-attendees. 

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, the bank account number used during your transaction and/or the transaction number. 

You will be asked to confirm you agree to these conditions when you book your place on the conference
