Replacement ID cards
A replacement ID card for current students if the original has been lost or stolen.
Your student ID card will last for the duration of your study, and as such it:
Lost, stolen, or damaged cards
Please do not leave ID cards unattended on desks or carried in such a manner as to be susceptible to loss or theft.
If your ID card has been lost or stolen, you must replace it as soon as possible for security reasons.
If your card has been stolen and the police have issued you with a crime reference number there will be no charge for replacement. Please do not use this service and contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your ID card has been damaged, please return it to any MyBradford location to obtain a replacement free of charge.
Amendments to a card
There is no charge for corrections or amendments to your ID card. For instance, when you transfer courses, or return after a break from your studies and you current card has expired. Please contact email@example.com to arrange a replacement or take your card to any MyBradford location.
Please note that once your replacement ID card has been issued, no refund will be given if you find your old card.

When your ID card is ready for collection, you will receive an email at your University email address.
At busy periods, issuing Replacement ID cards might take up-to-two working days.
By special delivery in the UK (£10), or DHL Courier to Non-UK (£20)
A tracking number will be provided.
Please note that if you add other products in your basket you only need to pay the postage once. This will be added at checkout.
