Replacement certificates and transcripts

Please allow 20 working days after placing your order before contacting us for an update. If it’s not possible to complete your transcript we will let you know, and we will process a refund.

At busy times, for instance during graduation ceremonies or the start of the academic year your order may take longer to prepare.

If you don’t provide proof of your identity your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded within 15 working days.

Replacement student ID cards

If you have selected for your card to be posted out, please allow 3 working days for us to deal with your request.

If you have selected to collect your card from MyBradford, please bring a copy of your confirmation email to the MyBradford desk, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:30.
