We can offer appointments Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. We unfortunately cannot offer evening or weekend appointments, and the clinic closes 12 -1pm for protected lunch time. 

You will be asked to indicate your preferred dates and times for the appointment during the booking process.

Once we have received confirmation of payment, we will be in touch to confirm the time and date of your session. 

Any subsequent appointments can be prepaid in clinic, with card payment.

We have had to move to this prepayment policy, due to a high rate of non-attendance or late cancellations.

Cancellation Policy 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice,  we will not be able to refund the prepayment you have made.

To avoid this, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.  We can then issue a refund or rebook your prepaid appointment.
