Transcripts are available for former students on taught courses. Here you can see detailed information about the information included on a transcript

If you are a current student and require a list of your marks, please contact your faculty.

Before December 2007 (electronic copy) £15

Students who graduated before 2003 please note that it may not be possible to produce an academic transcript as our current electronic student records system wasn’t in place. 

Please allow 20 working days before contacting us for an update. If it’s not possible to complete your transcript we will let you know, and we will process a refund.

After December 2007 (electronic copy) £10

Students who graduated from December 2007 onwards have been sent a registration email for GradIntelligence, a partner platform which enables you to view and share your University Transcript, European Diploma Supplement and HEAR securely to a third party. Continue to GradIntelligence. If you don’t have access, please send an email to [email protected].

Health Studies including placement information (electronic copy) £65

The Faculty of Health Full Transcript includes 4 documents:

          • Academic Transcript

       • Placement Record with clinical information (Professional Practice Hours) on a letter to confirm completion of requirements of course

       •  A full curriculum breakdown including module descriptors and the programme specification

       • Organisation form

If you only need an academic transcript including modules and marks you do not need to purchase a Faculty of Health full transcript. You just need to purchase a standard academic transcript depending on the year you graduated. Choose either Before Dec 2007 £15 or After Dec 2007 £10 from the list below. 

If you graduated before 2017, we may not be able to provide your full placement record. In this case a letter as a proof of met requirements will be issued.

Additional Information

Transcripts can only be issued in the name you were awarded and after submitting proof of ID to [email protected]. Only place an order for your own transcripts. Should we not receive proof of identity, your order will be cancelled, and your payment will be refunded within 15 working days.

If you were awarded a research degree (MPhil or PhD) please do not order a transcript. Please email [email protected] to request an official Award Letter; this is currently free of charge.

Please note that we are unable to produce transcripts for students who have studied with Craven College, and Leeds College of Music. Please contact your corresponding college for more details. If you studied with Bradford College and require transcripts, please email [email protected]

At busy times, for instances during graduation ceremonies or the start of the academic year your order may take longer to prepare.
