Intro to Comedy is 2 half-day workshops developing foundational skills for stand-up comedy. Workshops are open to women and non-binary people, especially of the global majority. This workshop takes place in 2 parts on the 26^th – 27^th of November from 10AM – 1PM.

Participate in a comprehensive beginner’s comedy workshop conducted by Seeta Wrightson at Theatre in the Mill. Develop jokes, performance skills, public speaking, and confidence in a supportive environment. End the session with a few minutes of material ready to perform!

Participants receive free tickets to the following Comedy Night, and access to Theatre in the Mill’s Comedy WhatsApp group, plus monthly comedy workshops to continue developing your community and your craft.

Participation is £5, with £2 concession for low income, students, carers, and those 60+. There are free spaces available by emailing theatre@bradford.ac.uk
