Detailed Description

An electronic verification shows the name and date of birth of a student, the programme start and end dates, the award achieved, classification and the date of award.

Please email your completed consent form to awards@bradford.ac.uk. The consent form must have the full name, date of birth and signature of the student, as well as the full name of the company requesting the information. 

If we do not receive your signed consent form within 5 working days of your order, your request will be cancelled, and a refund will be provided.
