Replacement certificates and transcripts

Please allow 10 working days after placing your order before contacting us for an update. If it’s not possible to complete your order we will let you know and process a refund.

Please note at busy times, such as during graduation ceremonies, your order may take longer to prepare.

If you don’t provide proof of your identity within 5 working days your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.

Replacement student cards

Replacement student cards cost £10.

You can collect your new student card from MyBradford, please bring a copy of your confirmation email/receipt to the MyBradford desk, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:30.

If you have paid for your card to be posted out, please allow 3 working days for us to deal with your request.
